Cornell Retirees Association (CRA)
All Cornell employees automatically become members of the Cornell Retirees Association (CRA) upon retirement. CRA is a networking and service group which holds several luncheons each year and distributes a newsletter. Membership is voluntary and there are no annual dues; however, luncheon fees apply. Retirees and their spouses/partners are encouraged to participate.
Volunteer opportunities for retirees are available in two programs: Cornell Retirees Volunteering in Schools (CRVIS) and Cornell Jack Lewis Visitors (short, friendly visits to area nursing homes). Volunteers are welcome throughout the year. Consider volunteering for one or both of these valuable services to the community.
For more information or to volunteer, contact the CRA desk in 130 Day Hall or call (607) 255-0388 or send email to cornellretirees@cornell.edu.
CRA Bylaws
The CRA Board revised the CRA Bylaws in Spring 2009. The bylaws are the documents that govern the organization. Bylaws are reviewed annually by the Board and updated accordingly with the approval of the entire CRA membership. The Spring 2009 CRA bylaws are available now for download or review.
CRA Newsletters
