Your benefit will be continued until the end of the term in which

Life Insurance
You will be able to continue basic life and Group Universal Life insurance
through direct billing by CIGNA Group Insurance. Contact CIGNA Group Insurance

Health Insurance Your existing health insurance coverage will be maintained during the leave period provided you continue to pay both the employee and employer share of the premiums (full cost). For Program information, see Benefits Programs, Health Insurance.
Long Term Care Insurance
You will be billed for the premium if you are on an unpaid leave. For

Personal Accident Insurance
You will be billed for the premium if you are on an unpaid leave.
