QUEST
The Qualified University Employees Seeking Transfer (QUEST) program is offered to assist highly qualified staff in their career development at Cornell. The program is offered through the Recruitment and Employment Center at East Hill Plaza.
Dual Career Program
The Dual Career Program provides consultation and advice regarding job possibilities for qualified spouses and partners of recently hired faculty and staff.
Performance Dialogues
Cornell University highly values its staff, and is committed to a process of ongoing dialogue between staff and their supervisors. Formal performance dialogues are held annually.
