The following are brief and informal descriptions of some, but not all, of the policies that cover your employment at Cornell. The information is geared specifically to the regular, nonacademic staff member whose term of employment is not covered by a union contract. However, not all of the important information about the policies is contained here. Please consult the Human Resource Policies on the Web or your local Human Resource (HR) representative to get complete policy information.
Note: Staff members whose terms of employment are covered by a union contract should consult their union contract on the web pages for bargaining units, because the following information may not be pertinent.
