Compensation Services

Compensation Services, in the Division of Human Resources, directs the administration of the Staff Compensation Program. Cornell's Staff Compensation Program applies to all regular non-bargaining unit, nonacademic positions.  It aims to support outstanding education, research and service through competitively recruiting, developing, providing incentives for, rewarding and retaining high-quality staff.  Colleges and units implement pay strategies to achieve organizational performance objectives in concert with the university's Core Human Resource Values and Principles.
