What is Organizational Development?
Organizational Development is a process that a college, unit, or department might deliberately undergo in order to improve its effectiveness and performance. Typically, the leader of the group and the group members go through several steps together:

| | defining the group's goals and objectives |
| | making plans to achieve articulated goals, and |
| | developing and implementing group problem-solving and decision-making strategies |
