QUEST is a performance-based internal transfer assistance program designed
to support the university in its efforts to develop and retain high quality
staff by providing assistance to those who meet the program criteria in
preparing for and identifying transfer opportunities at Cornell.
AIRS is an extremely powerful set of web-based
tools and resources that will help you prepare for and manage a job search.
Free to Cornell employees.
Career Development Services offers career counseling, staff development,
job-search assistance, and advice on résumé and cover-letter
preparation to regular, nonacademic staff (including those on layoff status).
The Dual Career Program offers job search assistance, information and support
to the spouse or partner of newly hired faculty and staff seeking employment.
