Wellbeing Programs @ Cornell

Cornell strives to be an employer of choice by optimizing the environment for faculty and staff and actively supporting the health and wellbeing of all members of our campus community.

The programs offered assist with personal growth and discovery, as well as healthy minds and bodies. They were designed with Cornell faculty, staff, and retirees in mind and are facilitated by the Wellness Program, Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (formerly EAP), Work/Life and Retiree Programs. All programs, unless noted, are offered free of charge. Please visit each page for detailed descriptions of the programs as well as information on registration.
