Flexible Work Arrangements: Resources

Internal Resources

Office of Workforce Diversity and Inclusion Staff and supervisors who are considering a flex work arrangement and would like help thinking through its implications and details are encouraged to contact WDI to discuss negotiating a flexible work arrangement and for necessary tools/resources. Cornell University also offers a number of workshops and seminars that address flexible work arrangements; contact WDI for current offerings. WDI may also be invited to an all-staff meeting or management team meeting to present options available and potential considerations, as well as other work/life programming.
