Flexible Work Arrangements and Wellness Guidelines

Studies have shown that work/life effectiveness increases when flexible work arrangements are implemented, including flex time, flex place, compressed work weeks, and job shares. Flexible work arrangements may also address the university's goals of reducing the university's carbon footprint and energy-related costs.
